I have found that the Lady I see in the Kwinana Office is easy to get along with & she understands the barriers I have..Leith Arnold has been extremely helpful & i feel safe and relaxed with her..She has been the only Job Coach I've ever had that has been calm patient & is extremely skilled at her job.. My anxiety is really hard to deal with @ time's. Leith isn't short bossy or rude. Unlike other's in the past that I have had.. Other providers have left me feeling like an idiot & on power trips.. Thank you so much

Feel really comfortable, Vicky was very patient and helpful. Made me feel very relaxed and kept my anxiety under control during appointments. Grateful for the help with my job applications. And ongoing service I can have while in employment is very good for me.

Last year I met Rebecca Carleton through atWork Australia who was my ParentsNext provider. I started a booklet called Best Version of Me, in the booklet I wrote, what I wanted to achieve, what goals I like to have and how I see myself. After finishing the booklet some weeks later I went back over what I wrote to see what I achieved and gained. What I did achieve was completing a Certificate III in Community Services which lead me to employment with a NDIS provider as a Support Worker.I received help with work clothes and shoes, fuel vouchers, friendly advice and also knowing that having support from all the staff at atWork Kwinana/Rockingham was great to know. Just like to say thanks to Rebecca and Erica from atWork AustraliaCheers Tia

Leith was so compassionate and understanding.Really helpful in giving me direction in how to look for employment.Leith really listened to me. Which was exactly what I needed.Leith was very thorough in completing all questionnaires that were needed to establish my work availability and ability.Leith then sent me to Lee for Resume and cover letters course.Lee was really relatable and spoke of his own experiences to establish a rapport and understanding with us that were in the course.Lee was a superstar in explaining what was needed in a excellent Resume. He explained this both on the white board which was very useful as well as using resume building media. I was extremely happy with the end result of my Resume and especially the time and effort that was used.Aaron was then introduced to me to establish employment that maybe available to me.He was very committed to his job and showed and understanding of what I maybe capable of.He went to my current work place and handed in my Resume.I gained employment!!!Started out as part time now I am full time!!!I really enjoy my work and having employment.I even gave Aaron a tour.I do some times struggle with full time as I still have my illness.I feel confident knowing that I have Atwork's support for 12 months.Thank you everyone.

I have recently participated in the Jobs Now program with Lee in the Rockingham Location. Together with the support of my Job Coach Vicky in Kwinana, I have had a really productive time, I have become much more comfortable in using computers and feel more confident and prepared to get back into work.
