The staff there are awesome. Everytime I meet them for an interview, I feel supported and encouraged. I also did a course on ready to work with Nick Tonkin and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Learnt a lot of stuff in this very relaxing classes. Nick is a wonderful trainer. Recommend him to anyone who is going to do the course.

I was offered a few jobs as chef from these guys and I had to go all the way there to fill up the paperwork. They cancelled my first shift on the same day, and then they offered me 5 shifts for the following week. I tried to call them several times to confirm that I wanted to do those shifts, but the person in charge was never in the office and they basically never returned my calls, even though they said they will call me back. I never write reviews, but I think this attitude and lack of professionalism deserves one. I can see now that so many people had dramas with them. Don't even bother dealing with this company. Total time wasters.

My husband and I were at ‘crossroads’ in our employment lives and we decided to review our resumes. We met with Mandy and quickly realised that our resumes were very out-dated. Firstly what I like about Mandy is she is lovely, has a very responsive manner and she goes the extra mile. Mandy is very professional in her approach and the end product is a resource that is relevant in this job market. She also took us on a journey and helped us to value our skills, knowledge and wisdom we had accumulated over the years. We highly recommend Mandy on many levels.

Made finding and keeping a job extremely difficult, when I had finally found a job they did everything in the power to cut off my payments 4 times and a week and jot put them back on making it even more difficult to go to work and get there. I thought they were supposed to help us get a job but I havent seen then get anyone a job

I went to Mandy in 2020 to refresh and renew my application that I had been using since 2016. I had lots of examples to share but really narrowing in and articulating what I can do in relation to the criteria, this is where Mandy has bucket loads of skill and expertise. I went away from the experience of writing my application with Mandy, it didn't feel like it was her words, but mine. I was able to add and take away information to suit the jobs I was applying for. In 2020, I applied for a job and got to interview immediately. I then modified and adapted the information from Mandy to add new bits and pieces, and applied for another position applied for a permanent Level 7 Public Service position and got to interview and won the position. Mandy's ability to draw out your expertise and articulate it, gave me the confidence to do well in my interviews. I cannot recommend Mandy enough, I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thanks Mandy!

Horrible experience here. I advise you to choose another JobActive service provider. These people are authoritarian and stern. They do not care about your personal circumstances. They do not care about your mental health or general wellbeing. They want you to get a job, any job, doesn’t matter to them if you’re unhappy. And they don’t care what you think so don’t even try.

Chelsea has been really helpful in pushing me to do my best and in no time at all I was back at work!
