Megan May has been been my Job coach at the Clarkson office since the day she started. I have watched her grow into her role and excel in what she does. I am so pleased to have had her looking after me. She made a very stressful time in my life much more bearable, her understanding and empathy is fantastic. A +

I had my initial appointment today and whilst I feel the targets set for me are unrealistic in my present situation I appreciate that these rules are set elsewhere. Matt at the Clarkson office was a true gent. Took the time to listen and have his own input without making me feel in anyway like a reject (which I cannot say for another provider!). Look forward to maybe something in the future. Highly recommended for what it may be worth

Bloody useless!! giving them 1 star is being generous!! You report you have work and they can't fathom the concept of CASUAL HIRE when ironically they are a recruitment company....they ask questions like who are you employed under (which as a casual under a recruitment company should be obvious) and ask you to do their job for them (by asking for the ABN of a work place like anyone working has time to check!!)They never return your calls and ghost you!!They keep giving you job search requirements when you clearly tell them YOU HAVE FOUND WORK!!!I would give 0 stars if I could!!

My anxiety was horrendous on the morning of my appointment, to the point of being in tears, but thankfully I was greeted by Megan May, from AtWork in Clarkson/Butler. Who made me feel instantly at ease, I felt comfortable chatting and expressing my worries, her caring nature helped me relax and made me feel motivated and confident in myself to continue on with my journey. I have never felt more heard and had proper, tangible goals presented to me like I have here. So far, I have only had a couple of meetings and they have been so positive, I'm optimistic for the first time, after having gone to these sorts of job centres before and being disappointed and unheard. If you are offered their services, you should get on it because you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend
